Shipping & Returns

Many of the items that we carry on this site come directly from Ireland. As such, there is sometimes a delay in shipment. Jewelry that is made to order will be taken to the Assay office in Ireland to be hallmarked before shipment to the U.S.

SOME ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO PROCESS!!
Items in stock will be shipped immediately, while others may take 2-4 weeks to process. If there is an order that you need to receive by a certain date, please indicate this in the comments field when placing the order and we will be in touch to let you know if this is possible or not.

All of our products are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please use our shipping calculator to calculate shipping cost.

Refunds will be accepted within two weeks of your item's delivery, provided original tags and packaging are intact. Items not eligible for refund will be given store credit, provided they are returned within 30 days.
